Alright guys, it is really really hot. And you probably want a lawn that looks like this without using a ton of water because we're in a drought and you probably don't want to spend a bunch of money on water. So here is one quick tip, raise your lawnmower. Look at this lawn. It is super tall, but super thick and super healthy. tall grass creates more shade on the soil so it doesn't dry out as fast. It also has more blades of grass to absorb more energy from the sun. It's just an overall healthy lawn and not to mention a thicker lawn prevents more weeds, smothers out weeds and stop seeds from getting into the dirt.
