How to treat a lawn with dog spots

Alright guys, let’s talk about dog spots in the lawn, what you can be doing to reduce the damage. I know this is a very hard-to-control issue on the lawn if you have a dog. This is basically just from dog pee burning up the lawn. First things first oversaturate this area, I know it’s hard if you have a dog going in the same spot. Often it might be wise to have the sprinklers run a little more often not super heavy, and just like quick spurts or just hand water these areas, but a really good thing to do is put humates humates humates down on this lawn putting soil conditioners on the lawn will help with the soil, it will help make it so the urine is absorbed into the soil and it doesn’t do as much of a burn on the lawn. So if you have a dog and it’s causing a lot of dog spots humates will likely not make them disappear completely, but you will see a huge reduction in the spots. So if you have any questions, let us know we’d love to help you out with lawn care too. We do lawn care and pest control. But I hope you do have a good day.
